All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the Starktail name and marks, and the design and layout of the pages, is owned by or licensed to Starktail and is protected by South African and international intellectual-property law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and display the content on a device for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission.
Our open-source software projects are separate from this site and are licensed under their own terms in each project's repository.
No professional advice
The content on this site is general information about our ERPNext and Frappe services. It is not technical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Starktail, not by this site.
No warranties
We provide this site on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or its server are free of harmful components.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or up to date.
